Remarks:
  1. Package is valid for departure HK from 1Apr09 (blackout dates apply) and complete hotel stay until 31Dec09 (last check-out date). 適用於09年4月1日起由香港出發 (不適用於指定日期)，12月31日內完成酒店住宿(最後退房日期)。
  2. 往返香港不適用於Blackout dates for departure HK during 3-5Apr, 9-11Apr and 21-25Nov09. Blackout for departure from Orlando during 11-12Apr and 29-30Nov09.
  3. Package is applicable for minimum 2 persons & whole group must travel together throughout the whole journey套票最少2人同行並全程同去同返。
  4. Only e-ticket is allowed. 只適用於電子機票。Booking Class 機票級別代號: V (Peak Season 旺季期間: Q & H)。Ticket Validity機票有效期: 30 days天。
  5. 1 free stopover in New York is permitted. Open Jaw is permitted. 可停留紐約一次並無須繳付附加費。可更改其他目的地回港。
  6. Valid on CO/CO EXP originating in HK, code-share flights operated by Colgan Airlines, Cape Airlines, CommutAir or Chautauqua適用於美國大陸航空其下之航班(CO/CO EXP)及其指定聯營航空公司之航班。
  7. TransPacific travel must be made via CO98 for the eastbound and CO99 for the westbound.往來美國之行程需使用CO98及CO99航班。
  8. A deposit (HK$2,000 per person) or full payment is required at time of booking; ticket must be issued within 7days of reservation and at least 14days before departure whichever is earlier. 訂位時須繳付每位HK$2,000訂金或全費，機位確定後必須於7天內及至少出發前14天發出套票。
  9. Once documents are issued, no change or cancellation will be allowed. 機票及酒店套票發出後，將不接受任何更改或取消。
  10. Penalty will be levied for any amendment or cancellation after confirmation of booking 機位及酒店住宿確定後，如有任何更改或取消將收取費用如下:
    a. 21 working days or more before departure出發前21個工作天或以上:每位HK$2,000 per person
    b. 14-20 working days before departure出發前14至20個工作天內:全費的50% of the total package price
    c. 0-13 working days before departure / no show / under-stay出發前0至13個工作天內 / 臨時缺席 / 出發後縮短住宿 :全費Full package price
    ***Special Cancellation policy apply during peak & fair period 於展覽會或旺季期間出發, 如有任何更改或取消須按照特別條款收費
  11. No reservation is accepted within 3 working days before departure. 出發前3個工作天內不接受訂購。
  12. All taxes, airlines fuel surcharge, HK security charges (HK$40) and HK$30 service fee are not included. 費用不包括各地機場離境稅、燃油附加費、香港機場保安稅(HK$40)及HK$30服務費。
  13. HK Travel Industry Council recommends every traveler to take out the travel insurance that meets his/her needs before the journey.香港旅遊業議會建議旅客出發前購買合乎自己需要的旅遊保險。
